Hi, I’m Christopher Macartney, the founder of REI Fundamentals. My journey into real estate began in 2009 after I transitioned from a successful career as an executive chef. The decision wasn’t easy, but it was driven by a deep desire to spend more time with my family and create a legacy of financial security.
At the height of the Great Recession, I encountered the world of pre-foreclosures firsthand when I rented a home that was in foreclosure. That experience sparked a commitment to understand the complexities of real estate investing and help others navigate similar challenges.
Why Real Estate?
I wanted a career that aligned with my values of integrity, trust, and helping others. Real estate became that path. Over the years, I developed systems and strategies that empower others to succeed ethically and confidently in the real estate market.
